This year, we’re turning up the heat with two exciting events to fight hunger in our community: The Soup-er Bowl Playoffs and Soup-er Bowl Saturday: Showdown!

The Soup-er Bowl Playoffs will be a fun and interactive community tasting event where YOU help us choose the finalist soups that will compete in Soup-er Bowl Saturday: Showdown! Participants will showcase their culinary talents, all in support of The Food Bank's mission to ensure every neighbor has a meal at their table.

Soup-er Bowl Saturday:Showdown will feature a selection of gourmet soups from the finalists, served in collectible bowls handcrafted by the talented ceramicists at the Averitt Center for the Arts' Roxie Remley Center. Each bowl purchased represents hope and support for local families, seniors, and veterans in need.

We are still signing up competitors for the Playoffs! If you have a passion for cooking and want to showcase your soup-making skills, submit your entry form by January 10, 2025. No entry fee is required, but spots are limited to 12 participants, so sign up today to secure your spot!
